These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Callmate platform and services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Callmate

Callmate Ltd is registered in England and Wales.

Callmate operates a platform that enables customers to deploy AI agents for automating customer interactions.

2. Application of Terms

These Terms govern access to the Callmate platform. Commercial customers operate under separate Master Services Agreements, Order Forms, and Data Processing Agreements which take precedence.

3. Account & Access

Customer must maintain accurate account information, safeguard credentials, and remain responsible for all account activity.

4. Your Responsibilities

Customer must comply with all applicable laws including UK GDPR, PECR, and (where applicable) US telemarketing laws (TCPA, TSR). You are responsible for obtaining required consents and providing required disclosures.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Services for unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, fraud, or to bypass security controls.

6. Intellectual Property

Callmate owns the Services. You own your data.

7. Disclaimers

Services provided "as is." AI outputs may be inaccurate. Customer is responsible for verification.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your Data: Customer owns all data that submitted to the Services. We process it only to provide the Services.

Data Protection: Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as a data processor. Commercial customers receive a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that covers our data protection obligations, security measures, subprocessors, and compliance with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and applicable US privacy laws.
